Performance Management ---Fiscal Year 18 Goal Setting

The Fiscal Year 18 eperformance documents have been created in PeopleSoft and are now ready to use! The first step is to set goals, with your supervisor, for Fiscal Year 18.  Note:  several changes were made to the existing templates in an effort to streamline the documentation process.


Most noticeable change: Ratings and comments were removed from the goals and competencies sections, one overall rating will be required at the year-end evaluation.
Removed “Due Date” and “Stretch Goal” options from the Job & Performance Goals
Removed “Due Date” option from Professional Growth & Development Goals
