Performance Management--Mid-Year Reviews

It is the time of year to do a check in regarding progress toward stated FY18 goals.  This is an opportunity to have a meaningful conversation with your supervisor regarding performance to date and to indicate where priorities may have shifted. 

Midyear conversations should be documented in PeopleSoft.  Go to your annual review and click on “Check Point”.  Please review current goals, make updates, and provide summary comments.  Please complete the check in conversations and documentation by Friday, February 16th
